Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the booking platform by companies, staff, providers, customers, and visitors.

Last updated: 14 May 2026.

1. The Platform

Bookley provides software that allows companies to manage services, providers, customers, bookings, availability, payments, dashboards, and booking links. We are not responsible for the services supplied by companies through the platform.

2. Company Accounts

A person creating a company account confirms they are authorised to bind that company and manage its users, settings, booking data, and billing choices. Companies are responsible for keeping their account details accurate.

3. Users And Access

Users must keep login details secure and must not access data or accounts they are not authorised to use. Companies are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when staff no longer require it.

4. Bookings

Bookings, availability, services, cancellation rules, deposits, and customer communications are controlled by the relevant company. Customers should contact the company directly about appointment changes, service delivery, or complaints about the underlying service.

5. Subscriptions And Payments

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually and may renew automatically unless cancelled. Plan limits and feature access may vary. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, send spam, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or companies.

7. Data And Compliance

Companies are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with laws that apply to their business, including privacy, consumer, professional, health, employment, and marketing rules where relevant.

8. Availability And Changes

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or modify features to improve security, performance, compliance, or product quality.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for losses caused by company service delivery, inaccurate tenant data, unauthorised account sharing, third-party payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the current version on this website.
